On Sunday 20th August 2017 a coach full of our Members went up to Dean House. It was a lovely sunny day & the traffic on the M25 was very light so we had a good journey. The compact 7 acres form part of a family home and gardens, which are now in their thirteenth year of opening and have been described as “A small sliver of Eden’.
It consisted of broad sweep of lawns, herbaceous and mixed borders, well stocked glasshouses, symmetrical Pond Garden, 60 metre tunnel walk and fully operational walled kitchen garden.
