Sheer Drop, Penshurst Road is a terraced garden created and designed by Roger Platt (Chelsea Gold Medallist). There is a cottage garden with a mix of plants and shrubs, and although it is a ‘young’ garden it is already looking well established. 4 The Crescent is a new garden, which 3 years ago had just a few unappealing shrubs down one side. A sense of a cottage garden has been created, which is a peaceful and calming space where plants will grow together as the years progress.

5 Darley Lodge, 7 Darley Drive is a formally landscaped front garden with a circular lawn, paving and lavender surrounding a large Acer. The rear garden has been redesigned over the years, creating different areas around garden, including two mature rose beds.
