On Sunday 5 July eight members kindly open their gardens for members to visit and then relax over a cream team in Colin and Di’s garden. The BGA Committee are very grateful for those that put in a lot of hard work to get their garden tip top and looking wonderful. Particular thanks need to go to Colin and Di that took the biggest burden in organising the event and for hosting the cream teas.
The gardens opened were:
- Bidborough Close – Di & Colin Barber;
- 2 Glenside Cottage – Gyl Laugier;
- 3 Glenside Cottage – Glenys McDonald;
- Sundial – Sara & Adam Carrick;
- 36 Bidborough Ridge – Mary & Len Etheridge;
- 38 Bidborough Ridge – Ronny & John Lovett;
- 81 Bidborough Ridge – Deenah & David Wheeler;
- Sheer Drop – John Perry.
It was truly an amazing afternoon. For those that weren’t able to attend the event, below is a small selection of photos of these beautiful gardens.
