Another spectacular and colorful Flower Show, organised by the Colin Barber (Show Secretary) was held on Saturday 28 June at the Village Hall. with lots of entries including those for the Junior classes and organisations. All the exhibits were up to a very high standard, and in particular the flower arrangements, were a delight to see. Those that visited the show in the afternoon enjoyed the display as well as a chat over cup of tea and piece of cake.

Thanks go not only to Colin, but also to the whole Committee and other helpers who worked hard to set up the display stands on Friday evening, and all day on Saturday organising the exhibits, supporting the judges, writing out the prize cards, making cakes and serving the teas in the afternoon. But thanks also go to everyone that visited the show and making it such a community atmosphere.
