For this year’s BGA Summer Outing on 31 July we went to Bateman’s House and Garden, a National Trust property at Burwash in East Sussex. Despite the rain it was an enjoyable visit. Some members had a tour of the garden with Head Gardener and some went around the house as well.
Afterwards we went to King John’s Nursery near Etchingham.
